SHIPPING 

1. Domestic Shipping

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options within India.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options take 1-3 business days. 

  • Please be aware that natural calamities, such as hurricanes, floods, or other extreme weather events, may cause unexpected shipping delays. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, such events can impact carrier schedules and delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

2. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate requests made within this timeframe.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unused, unopened products within 15 days of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at saimasala.india@gmail.com or call us at +91 9176611500 with your order details and reason for return.

  • Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • Step 3: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If the item was incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products, customized orders, and perishable items (e.g., fresh herbs) are non-returnable due to safety and quality standards.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
